I assume that many readers will be able to relate to the horror acne, with about 80 percent of adult female acne.   2. Easy, focused skin care need not be expensive. I have tried every brand and product that promised to give me the perfect skin at any cost. And it wasn’t always the best and nice packaging that I found the cheap brands. It’s so much more relaxed when I find different products from best skincare brand that my skin actually likes.
  3. Make-up is always a main field. Some days my skin is alright and my make-up just goes smoothly, but other days it flares up without any change in the product. these are trials and mistakes.
  4. Therapy is the best remedy but for sometimes. Although my routine in skin care plays a major role in controlling my acne, I am still taking medication and will probably be in the future for years. The good news in many cases is that you will not have to use the medication for the first-time acne clears up and again.
  5. Do for your skin what works! Acne treatment is not an entire process; what works for me, may not work for you. It does not work for you. The key is to look after your skin as well as possible. If that doesn’t mean a few days without make-up? And switch your moisturizer from strongly fragrant? Do this! The skin’s going to be glad!
  6. Forget about hateful people! Ignoring is always going to have an opinion–or what they call “advice” –on topics they know nothing about. ⠀
  7. Don’t take stress. Acne and stress are friends. Both of them give space to other.
